It was a good dress experience but our sales woman was very pushy about writing these reviews so the bridal team could get a pizza party and forced our grandmas (who aren’t the most tech savvy) to do a QR code for the review while they were trying to discuss the dress.. She was great with the dress parts and picking flattering veils but would then go on a tangent about the negative experiences she’s had with other guest. Graciisna is the bomb bridal host… not only did my daughters find the dress she made huge effort to help me find my mother of the bride dress… however I will be looking again since my size is out…

As soon as we walked in, Jocelyn greeted us, explained the flow, showed us what to do and guided us throughout our whole visit. She was dedicated to us and did not make us feel rushed. She’s so super sweet and genuine. Thanks Jocelyn for helping my best friend find “The One!”
