I had an appointment for Mother of Bride dress. I called and they told me that the store had silver dresses. Arrived at my appointment and was told to go look at the few dresses they had. I was told I would be joined by a salesperson. When salesperson arrived, I asked about where the silver dresses were, she said they did not have any. She was not at all friendly and so I walked out. Will never go back. Called Fairfax David’s to make an appointment.

Today I went in with my husband just looking for a dress to wear to my best friends wedding. Usually there are a few racks of dresses you could just pick from hoping they have your size and that’s all I wanted to look at. But the lady that was rude greeting me at the door and wanted information about my occasion. I ask her if I can just look at what is available on the floor.
