I had an appointment for Mother of Bride dress. I called and they told me that the store had silver dresses. Arrived at my appointment and was told to go look at the few dresses they had. I was told I would be joined by a salesperson. When salesperson arrived, I asked about where the silver dresses were, she said they did not have any. She was not at all friendly and so I walked out. Will never go back. Called Fairfax David’s to make an appointment.

Today I went in with my husband just looking for a dress to wear to my best friends wedding. Usually there are a few racks of dresses you could just pick from hoping they have your size and that’s all I wanted to look at. But the lady that was rude greeting me at the door and wanted information about my occasion. I ask her if I can just look at what is available on the floor. RecommendedAbsolutely fantastic experience with David’s bridal. All of the girls up front are amazing, Brooke, and many others (sad I can’t remember all of their names :’( ) are amazing, so nice, helpful, and make you feel like a princess. also Judith from alterations did an absolutely fantastic job on my dress, alterations, and so nice. Since, we started we them roughly a year ago. This place as been subpar to say the least. From the first fitting forward. I wanted to walk away from this place, but my daughter didn't. All because she liked the dress!! Now she has a tear in the dress in which I wish we would've found during final alterations(when we went to pick it up and she tried it on), trust me you have to be looking for this tear to really see it. I needed to get my wedding dress, veil, 3 bridesmaid dresses, and a flower girl dress they worked so hard to help me make my wedding exactly what I had been dreaming about. Get ready for a long read: I’ve been waiting for about 6-7 months to write this review in hopes my visits would change. I found my dress at the Melbourne FL location while on vacation- they took my measurements then said they’d ship it up to a place closer to me since I live in West Virginia. They shipped it to Hagerstown (closest location) and said they’d email when it’s there.
