Drove over an hour to pick up my order when in fact only 1 piece of the order was in. Complete waste of time and gas.

RecommendedAbsolutely fantastic experience with David’s bridal. All of the girls up front are amazing, Brooke, and many others (sad I can’t remember all of their names :’( ) are amazing, so nice, helpful, and make you feel like a princess. also Judith from alterations did an absolutely fantastic job on my dress, alterations, and so nice. Since, we started we them roughly a year ago. This place as been subpar to say the least. From the first fitting forward. I wanted to walk away from this place, but my daughter didn't. All because she liked the dress!! Now she has a tear in the dress in which I wish we would've found during final alterations(when we went to pick it up and she tried it on), trust me you have to be looking for this tear to really see it. RecommendedAntoinette, Megan, and Sara at David's bridal in hagerstown md helped make all my wedding dreams come true I went in and my budget was very small less than $1,000. I needed to get my wedding dress, veil, 3 bridesmaid dresses, and a flower girl dress they worked so hard to help me make my wedding exactly what I had been dreaming about. Get ready for a long read: I’ve been waiting for about 6-7 months to write this review in hopes my visits would change. I found my dress at the Melbourne FL location while on vacation- they took my measurements then said they’d ship it up to a place closer to me since I live in West Virginia. They shipped it to Hagerstown (closest location) and said they’d email when it’s there. Very sweet and upbeat and found me my perfect dress! Second time was to get alterations done. Both girls were a delight and did a wonderful job! I couldn't believe what a difference it made to get it hemmed and make a bussle! RecommendedI went in with moderate expectations on finding a dress. Being plus size, it is always sooo hard to feel confident in dress shopping but boy was I veryyy surprised!
