ordered a bridesmaid gown on 3/9/19. Expected arrival date 4/8/19. I called on 4/12/19 to check on arrival and they didn't order it told me I carried it out that day. I bought 2 dresses that day 1 for prom I carried out 1 for wedding had to be ordered! HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT!

I went in there with every intention of walking out with a special occasion dress. It was around 6 pm and they had hours til 9 pm. I spent at least FORTY-FIVE minutes trying to find a dress and not one representative offered to help me. There were no less than four people working and no other customers in the store. I finally got so frustrated I left. No, I would not recommend this business.

2 of my 5 bridesmaid dresses were not correct when they were delivered. They were willing to exchange one and gave us trouble about the other. My wedding dress has 4 imperfections and i was told when i picked it up they would do the alterations for free to fix the imperfections and they would charge for the remaining ones. When i came in they were charging me to fix the imperfections that were in the dress before i even got the dress. selecting and purchasing my dresses was pleasant and memorable ... unfortunately i have to say after picking my dress up today, the entire experience for me was RUINED. and sadly all over a simple white garment bag. that’s right, apparently i am crazy to expect a garment bag to go over my very detailed, incredibly beautiful, once in a lifetime wedding gown!!! at least in the eyes of the manager on duty did. she handed me my dress in a thin clear plastic bag, similar to a dry cleaning bag and quickly sent me on my way. a... read more

Sadly, I cannot give zero stars. Overbooked, crowded mess of people. No personalized service and my “associate” did not even pay attention to my story. I will own the fact that I needed a dress quickly for a wedding overseas-that’s not ideal for anyone-however, the service was rude and disruptive (due to the overbooking). Thank God I was in Chambersburg later in the day and stopped by J&B Bridal! Those gals were a first class act who were empathetic to my situation and went above and beyond to help me. This place is nothing compared to the J&B in Chambersburg. My bridesmaids and I went looking for their dresses, and not once were we asked if we needed assistance. It seems as if this place only cares if the bride got her dress there. Between all my bridesmaids we spent over $700 in this store, and for what? Definitely not customer service. Not only was that the worst, but the waiting part it literally took us almost an hour for the girl to ring us out. I will never be going back to this place.

Already had one bad experience here with my friend when it came to wedding dress shopping.. the lady helping had made a weight comment to her.. but I decided I'd put it in the past and try it out for myself this past weekend trying to get my wedding dress.. as pleasant as wedding dress shopping is suppose to be it was far from it! Horrible customer service. Not sure why an appointment is necessary when you're neglected the entire time anyway. Very unfriendly. Won't be getting our business!

"Customer service. Inventory was wonderful. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30-Someone finally came to me at 10:50. My friends and I picked out the wedding dresses we thought would be good and we were scolded for doing so. She did help me try on the dresses we picked. The Sales lady went to get another dress but smaller for me and asked about my choices from online and was gone for about 20 minutes. She totally did not care and left me hanging.
