They were not attentive and rushed us through the whole experience when bridesmaids tried their dresses on. Then proceeded to order the wrong dresses. One bridesmaid was never made aware that her correct dress was in. Mine was ordered in the wrong size. All we got was a "sorry this happened" that's it. I've been in mgmt for quite sometime in retail and that's the worst customer experience I've ever had. Never again and will absolutely never recommend anyone!!

Terrible experience. I'm a soon to be bride and went into my dress appointment with some of my bridal party. As I was checking in I was told that I didn't have an appointment. I showed my appointment card and then the women who were checking me in got snippy and told me I didn't have an appointment for another 2 weeks. They then said I guess we can fit you in. Went shopping last October with the soon to be bride (my brothers fiancé at the time). The customer service was AWFUL. The lady was very rude and snippy. The bride picked out her veil and it was ordered. Fast forward 6 months to when we did bridesmaid dresses. The same lady again was very snippy and short with us. We were left to pick out our own bridesmaid dresses. They did the fitting and we left. 3-4 weeks later the dresses came in. 2 of them were not the right sizes. Typically do not like dealing with chain stores but did for my Bridesmaids for convenience. First experience was TERRIBLE. The two following times I had Sara- made everything so simply, smooth, enjoyable, and worthwhile!!!

Minimum selection, zero assistance and when I said we come from a small school with only a winter formal the girl shrugged and said maybe you should try another store. Won't be back.

My daughter and I went to Davids Bridal in Hagerstown, MD to shop for a homecoming dress. When we walked in we were greeted by a nice young lady sitting at a table who took my daughters name and info and told us we could start looking around and someone would be with us to help. We looked around on our own for about an hour during this time no one had approached us at all. One worker was helping a bride to be try on dresses while a few others were behind the desk. I got my wedding dress and was happy with how it went other than my consultant being double booked and being rushed. Today was a nightmare. We had an appointment which started late. Then we were given one fitting room and the entire store was packed. We felt rushed and were not helped a lot by our consultant. Was not the experience we wanted or expected.

Absolutely horrid place to do business with. My full review is on Google and YELP if you want further information. But I'm warning every bride out there: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
Worst customer service EVER!! Actually no customer service though several clerks milling about. Dont waste your time. The other place in Hagerstown so much nicer and helpful.
