My wedding is coming up in 3 months, so I needed to find a dress at my appointment. Our consultant was handling 3 brides at once because someone called in sick but she was still fantastic. I can't thank Dar enough for being so amazing. We actually had a good time with the 3 of us. All the brides were helping each other out. I had a few dresses saved on my phone but I hadn't shown Dar yet, when she brought out one of my choices, without even knowing I had wanted it! It was perfect and ended up being my dress. Cindy at the Hamburg NY store accommodated me down to 2 dress sizes and helped me make my wedding dress how I wanted it. Was by far the best experience I've had there.
I just wanted to recognize the seamstress that helped me out. Merle. I may have spelled that wrong but she was amazing. So friendly and professional. And called me by my first name as if she knew me forever. She was amazing. Kudos.

Went to pick up my dress and the bussle was missing pieces and now I have to wait to pick it up even longer after already waiting a month.
