Associate did not print out the favorites I had in my site prior to the appointment, dresses were not pulled, and instead my maid of honor and I had to look for our own. She also kept pulling dresses in the wrong color and style, trying to put her in long dresses when everything on my favorites list on the site was short dresses. She didn't seem very informed about the stock in store, or where things were located.
