My experience with David’s bridal Hamilton has been awful. I placed an order with them in February for a bridesmaid dress, paid for shipping and was told my dress would arrive by June 1. I called the store the last weekend in May as I was the only one in the bridal party who hadn’t received my dress. I was told that they weren’t sure where my dress was and wasn’t sure if UPS had taken it or if it was still in the store. Their prices are one of the best, however it's so rushed and busy, it's almost not worth going and not worth the money saved. The staff isn't able to assist you, they're too busy with other appointments. Not a great experience both times I've been.
I would not recommend this place I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses. The women at the desk initially couldn’t find my appointment. After waiting I got looked after my stylist then quickly started looking for dresses for me. I told her my style I was looking for she tried finding my size, unfortunately no luck finding a dress. The part that was annoying is she had another client during my appointment. extremely disappointed after picking my bridesmaids dress up, noticing how disgustingly wrinkled it was. contacted head office to let them know, and they said they would do a "complimentary steam". when 7 bridesmaids buy their dresses there, and spending that much money, you'd think the dresses should have already been steamed before being picked up. all the bridesmaids dresses came wrinkled, and the drive for all of us is at least 45mins- 1hr.

My past experience at David’s Bridal was absolutely terrible. We are rushed due to THIER mistake. I had originally booked my appointment on line and few weeks in advance, I recieved a to confirm with a total different time. When I asked the girl explained that bookings have extended their timing and that’s why there was a time change. I was told on the phone we would have 90mins. If i could give a zero I would... First off im a bridesmaid. My bestfriend is getting married first time she tried on her wedding dress it was SHORTER then the samle dresss they gave her to try on and never informed her of " taller girl" options. So she had to exchange it for the long dress after speakibg to the manager. Extremely unhappy with my experience. I had bought a dress of the rack, fit like a glove, so no need to deal with alterations. But there was a security tag on my dress, which was not taken off. I had to cut my dress right before my wedding was to start. I called the store about it was told, nothing can be done for me because there should have never been a tag on the dress to begin with, someone had messed up at the store but they obviously didn't care. Very unhappy, as it seems most other customers are on this page. I ordered a dress and it came in the incorrect size. I t was then reordered for me however the dress came with only half the clasp to do up the dress ( other half was never sewn in). I was told that I have to drive an hour ( each way) where they will fix the dress, however offer no compensation for my time or gas money to drive there to fix their error.
