They need to give better quotes on alterations. My Aunt bought her wedding dress a few months ago. We were told that the alterations would be around $300. We went for the fitting yesterday, and the cost had nearly doubled.

Very unimpressed with the customer service I have received! All my bridesmaids have busy schedules so I have been in on numerous occasions with each one of them. First I was told that my girls would have until June to order, turns out that one dress that was ordered 2 weeks ago is apparently not coming in until 5 days before my wedding (but don’t worry she can pay extra for rushed alterations �). I am truly appalled by the quality of the bridesmaid dresses sold by this company. I ordered a bridesmaid dress here over the summer. When it arrived, I tried the garment on. While I thought it was very unflattering, the girl in the store insisted it was fine and that steaming the dress would help the fabric drape more appropriately. Well that's not the case. After taking the dress to multiple seamstresses, they have all confirmed that the dress is defective. And there's very little that can be done. I immediately went back ... read more

Our experience at David’s bridal was overwhelming. I made an appointment online for 8 bridesmaids and when I called to confirm the timing it wasn’t even in the system because they said making appointments online wasn’t showing up on their system. Luckily they still had an appointment available at the right time. When we arrived we were supposed to had been given two change rooms and we only had one to start. Very disappointed in Davids. I bought my dress about 2 months ago and received great service from Shai while I was trying on dresses BUT when I went to pick it up yesterday they brought my dress out WRINKLY, the seams are not pressed AND they wanted me to spend more money on a garment bag!!! I spent $1500 on a dress for it to be WRINKLY and try to squeeze more money for a bag ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! For a 1500 dress you can't even put it in a decent bag.

Many options and colours for bridesmaid dresses. Very busy, and crowded place. Pushed about 15min to the end of my appointment to know that I had 15min left and there was someone right after me (I felt this could have been said nicer). I repeated 3-4 times that my colours were navy blue and the stylist still thought it was purple/pink right about until the last 10min of my appointment. This was the most frustrating experience for this bridal party. We arrived on a busy day with a booking to try bridesmaids dresses. We started off getting a lot of help and our dresses being put in a dressing room for the 3 of us to use. Busy day, that's fine..we made it work. We felt though, as we were not the brides, interest was lost in assisting us to the fullest. My consultant was busy helping another girl aswell as me. I had an 800 dollar price limit and was willing to really try anything except ballgown. I left without a thanks and goodbye...it wasnt the best experience I can say that much.

I won't return. Got my daughters flower girl dress there and I was disgusted in its condition when I got it home. It was omelet wrinkled and poorly made. The neck won't lay flat and I've already had it professionally steamed, now I'll need a seamstress to fix the neck.
