Our experience at the Hamilton location. Our stylist Joanna was extremely elusive and not helpful at all. She seldom was around with us at our appointment. One bridesmaid was in tears and Joanna was extremely rude. Upon bringing this to the manager, Chantelles attention she told me that this stylist has a 5 star rating and hung up the phone. Our first consultant, while helpful, was showing us dresses that could not be ordered in time for the wedding. The wedding date was asked several times and was in writing on her papers. Once all the bridesmaids dresses were decided on, I asked one more time if our dresses could be ordered on time(to our new consultant because the other girls shift ended). I visited probably 3 weeks ago and had an AMAZING experience. I had a consultant named Melissa, short blonde girl, has such an amazing time with her. I am coming in again on the 17th of July with my mom and I am sad that I can't book an appointment with her again, I was told it could be possible for her to come in that day. Costumer service was awful. They were completely unhelpful. We had an appointment but still had to wait for a room. For 8 people they gave us 1 room. Then rushed us because we went long. Obviously we are going to take longer when 8 people have to use 1 room. Won't ever go back and don't recommend.

Was not happy that all information was not provided when changing the back of my dress a corset. After 250 for the cha he to corset was told today another 170 plus tax to take in because it's to big. I would have had this done elsewhere had I known my 500 $ dress would end up being well over a 1000. Would not recommend to anyone.

Went in yesterday morning to look for a dress for my daughter's upcomimg wedding. Browsed for 20 minutes, not one of the 3 associates standing around approached me to offer assistance.....apart from a bride being assisted at the rear of the store the place was empty. Worst experience, I will not go back. I had much better service at the mall

Not happy with the service, I ordered a $300 bridesmaid dress from here and had to get alternations done on it, which cost me 80$ to take it in on the back. I tried on the dress with a top corset and the lady told me she would put that corset with my dress, when I came to pick it up, the lady told me there wasn't a corset with it and they couldn't find my size so the alternations lady told me she would sew something for me on the dress which cost me another 40$ and the alternations she did the second time was just two string... read more
