The team at David's Bridal Hurst location was amazing. During my first appointment I found my dress & my bridesmaids also found their dresses. My dress was an off the rack dress & needed minor alterations and the staff made sure it was done the way it should be. The alterations staff explained everything along the way with each fitting. The experience was wonderful!! My wedding is next month and they were able to help with getting the dresses and having them ready. I love it! We were all very happy!
Didn't connect too well with my lady and she wouldn't let me try on my favorite until the end so I wasn't really in the mood to try any of the other dresses on until I tried on the one I like. Don't let them tell you what to do because once I said what I wanted she listened and it was fine once I kept speaking up. Very friendly staff.

The first time I visited your store, the associate was extremely helpful and had a great attitude, and I purchased my wedding dress that day. Today, I came back for bridesmaids dresses, and I was assisted by someone else. She had a terrible attitude, and she was negative and lazy. We ended up just walking out, and she didn't even acknowledge it when we left.
My salesperson went above and beyond to be super helpful.
