Great experience!
I loved my experience. I wasn't pushed into buying a dress even though I was in between two. I finally said yes the following day because I couldn't stop thinking about one of the dresses. I was welcomed with no appointment and would recommend to my friends.
I said "yes to the dress" at another location, but they didn't have my size, so they called this location and it was available. From the time I walked into the door the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend this location to brides to be!
Not knowledgeable, not helpful
There was a lot of variety of dresses in many colors. The prom dresses are very nice but only a small section, but there were a lot of dresses for special occasions that look beautiful. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
The alterations staff was very helpful when my dress didn't fit
My consultant was Maddie and she was AMAZING! She gave me all the information I needed and was such a delight. I was REALLY nervous about my appointment because I don't feel good about my body. She took all of that away. She made me feel so comfortable and so relaxed. It was amazing to actually see myself in a dress and not see my insucurties. She helped me feel beautiful and she helped me find my perfect dress. She made sure I was in the dress I wanted and made me feel like the bride I'm supposed to be. I couldn't have aske... read more
