Had a great experience at David's Bridal in Independence. Went in to get some jewelry for my dress--am the mother of the groom. Bought some but discovered the next day it wasn't long enough for the v-neck on my dress. Brought it back expecting them to not give a refund or exchange but, to my delight, they gave me an exchange and was so helpful finding the right jewelry for the dress! Amazing customer service---shout out to Andrea and Mary--thanks so much!! Will refer friends to you guys and am a loyal customer:).
ANNABELLE CRUSHED IT! She was absolutely amazing. She even carried a mannequin through the entire store just to compare colors. She made sure I felt comfortable and not pressured to pick something I didn’t want! I had so much anxiety about dress shopping and she made it a breeze.
