I started my experience with David's Bridal with a phone call to figure out if I had enough time to order a dress for a wedding I am attending in June. I was told I most likely didn't have enough time, so I decided that I better settle for something that they had in-store that I could buy off the rack. I found a dress online that I loved, but knowing that they might not carry all dresses/colors/sizes in store, I called to see whether or not the dress I loved was availabel in store. Lollie was extremely helpful and sweet. She made great suggestions and did not pressure us into purchases. She made it a pleasant experience. I am frustrated that there is a no return policy because i tried the bra on again the next day and discovered it actually doesn't fit that well . We were so focused on the dress. $80 is a very expensive bra to not fit. Sincerely, Annie Parise

Check in process is too slow especially you are just there for an alterations appointment. Had to wait 10+ minutes for the receptionist to be finished with person in front of us before she would notify alterations. Another employee asked if we had been helped and the person who was busy said they are waiting to check in for alterations and second person said ok and walked away. This is not good customer service. Reevaluation of check in process is a suggestion as this is not the first time we have had to wait past our assign... read more

The store was very busy but that didn't stop the stylists from making me feel like the center of attention. She listened to what I was looking for and picked the perfect dress! I feel beautiful in it! I would recommend the Independece David's Bridal to anyone.
