I went in for my final bridesmaids dress fitting. The alterations employee was courteous as always but the employee who greeted me for my appointment and put me with alterations need to be more business like and not call myself and all of the other customers sweetie.

During that call, she explicitly confirmed that it was not her wedding gown. A few days later, she called back to provide pickup details and again confirmed it was only bridesmaid dresses. Very disappointed in my daughter's first experience wedding dress shopping. Mary was our consultant. The overwhelming smell of cigarettes was bothersome. We tried on a few dresses, only 2 of the dresses were ones we selected. We asked if she could check size at another location as we had another appointment later in the day. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this location. We set an appointment and was given "Mother Mary" who (it pains me to say) smelled so strongly of cigarettes it was nauseating. We were rudely told we could not leave the "horseshoe" area and could ONLY pick 5 dresses that were in the bride's size to try on. Mary was my consultant in my hunt for a wedding dress. She did a great job tuning into what I was looking for as a bride and also finding gowns that aligned with my vision. After deciding on my dress, which was one that Mary pulled (not me), we went up to the register to get checked out.
