Check in process is too slow especially you are just there for an alterations appointment. Had to wait 10+ minutes for the receptionist to be finished with person in front of us before she would notify alterations. Another employee asked if we had been helped and the person who was busy said they are waiting to check in for alterations and second person said ok and walked away. The store was very busy but that didn't stop the stylists from making me feel like the center of attention. She listened to what I was looking for and picked the perfect dress! I feel beautiful in it! I would recommend the Independece David's Bridal to anyone.
