After having a great experience shopping for my bridal dress, I was very disappointed in the customer service I received when picking up my dress. I was expecting someone from alterations to help me with my dress and make sure I didn't need any alterations done on it. Once my mom and I decided the only thing it needed was a bussel , we noticed a tear/separation on the very bottom of my dress, it was just over an inch long and quite noticeable. We were helped quickly, given some dresses that were all beautiful and perfect for what we were looking for, and we left with an excellent order date and exactly what we were looking for! Everyone was super nice, too, despite how busy they were.
Was disappointed with the service. Even though I had an appointment, had to stand around and wait for them to even find a stylist to help us. Went there with one of my bridesmaids to look at bridesmaid dresses. The only thing that our stylist did was find us a dressing room. We picked out the dresses that we liked off the racks ourselves. I had a great experience at David's Bridal! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and Chelsea was absolutely phenomenal! I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her. During my second visit with her, I purchased the perfect dress and all of the accessories. She really made it a priority to find a beautiful dress for me that also fits my body type. Five stars for Chelsea!
Emily was great! She is what really made the experience. She took the time to figure out my likes and dislikes and was so polite and enjoyable the whole time. I would recommend Emily to all my friends.
