Emilie helped me find my dress and she is awesome. Knew exactly what i wanted. I had a stress free, judgement free appointment. All of the women were so nice, helpful, and filled with awesome personality. :)

After having a great experience shopping for my bridal dress, I was very disappointed in the customer service I received when picking up my dress. I was expecting someone from alterations to help me with my dress and make sure I didn't need any alterations done on it. Once my mom and I decided the only thing it needed was a bussel , we noticed a tear/separation on the very bottom of my dress, it was just over an inch long and quite noticeable.
