I want to start by saying I did not want to do this, but I just have to share. My experience at the store was horrible, I'am really not one to complain but I just have to share my experience. When we walked in they had me fill out the paperwork etc. They made my appointment first and then my bridesmaids right after that, I simply stated my maid of honor and one of my bridesmaids were running a lil behind and I didn't want to have to hold things up until they got there, so asked if the other girl's could go first ? We called about alterations and were told they were. Free. We made our appointment, the lady pinned .....and did her thing. She paid little attention to me as she was constantly giving instructions / correcting the associate helping the bride next to me!! Really!!!!! Made me feel very unimportant! Then my mom was given a bill for over 200 dollars. !!!! WHAT??? We were told it was free!! My mom asked your associate who said she would check into it.....but if course we heard NOTHING. Would have been nice had the consultant been there more to help with shoes and maybe other sizes of gowns. She stopped by twice.

Our consultant was amazing! I have six bridesmaids that can definitely be a handful, but our consultant really reigned them all in and kept them focused on the task at hand. They were great about finding different sizes for all six of the girls and helping with opinions on for and size. We had a great, super painless experience.
