Was disappointed with the service. Even though I had an appointment, had to stand around and wait for them to even find a stylist to help us. Went there with one of my bridesmaids to look at bridesmaid dresses. The only thing that our stylist did was find us a dressing room. We picked out the dresses that we liked off the racks ourselves. After she opened the dressing room door for us, she went to help a different customer. I had a great experience at David's Bridal! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and Chelsea was absolutely phenomenal! I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her. During my second visit with her, I purchased the perfect dress and all of the accessories. She really made it a priority to find a beautiful dress for me that also fits my body type. Five stars for Chelsea!

Start to finish the visit was phenomenal! The staff was extremely supportive, made me feel comfortable, really listened to me, and worked as a team to find the best wedding dress, veil, and accessories possible while not pressuring me out of my stated budget. They gave me time to talk things over with those with me without hovering and helped turn a dress shopping appointment into a personalized celebration. I didn't just find a dress, we made memories.

Staff was friendly enough but not at all helpful in helping me with dress choices. At one point I had to come out of my dressing room and hint someone down. Had my dress altered and the seamstress was very pleasant and helpful. Overall not a good experience.
