This company/Knoxville location lost/messed up 3 bridesmaid dresses for our wedding. We ended up having to reorder 1 dress 4 different times. I would highly NOT recommend this company. Additionally, we didn’t get all of our dresses until very close to the wedding which meant the girls couldn’t get alterations. For reference, we ordered 8 months BEFORE the wedding. My wedding dress from Australia came in before my bridesmaid dresses.

Mackenzie was the best !! We had our daughter Brooke there today and couldn’t have ask for a better experience!! She found her dress and Mackenzie was so very helpful and so sweet ! She made it an amazing day for Brooke!!

My bridal party and I walked out of our appointment with our consultant, Mary. Mary was beyond unprofessional and rude to each of us. She was late to our appointment and wouldn’t pull the dresses we had picked out. When we did not like the dresses she was pulling and asked to try on the dresses we picked out, she verbally attacked us. HORRIBLE! My ladies tried on 20 dresses only to be told that those dresses would not be available for a wedding that would be in June. Our appointment at this David’s Bridal location is in early March, and you are telling me you can’t have dresses in within 90 days out from the wedding? My party felt misinformed. I rang the bell and said Yes to the Dress the one myself and my family over! we all were so excited and shedding tears only to be told at checkout "oh it won't be here until two months after your wedding" and that was after being told several times that it would be here in February! waayyyy to go Davids Bridal!

I had a WONDERFUL experience trying on dresses and finding the wedding dress I wanted.. until it came time to buy it. The dress I picked out was $100 off if ordered online, but it didn't give us the option to ship it to the store, and because I wanted to be assured it was in good quality and what I ordered, I did NOT want it shipped to my home.. apparently that was asking to much..
