Horrible. Had cash in hand reaady to lay it down. Received no service. Looked down on me. snotty workers who had better things to do than offer me any help. Will never be back. Went elsewhere and paid way less for way better!

Worst experience. I signed up while at The Pink Bride Show in Knoxville. They called to confirm my appointment for 1 pm. I explained how I thought I had moved it to 2:30 pm. She said it was fine and see you then! I found my appointment cards the next day and realized I had 3 cards- one was for 1pm, next was for 2pm, and the last one was for 2:30 pm. I felt as though I was inconvincing the staff.I was told when they called to confirm my appt that I would be sharing my consultant. Not to be selfish but seems like that time was reserved for me. I went somewhere else and got treated like I mattered. Needless to say my business was more appreciated somewhere else.
Don't buy a dress and have your wedding called off your stuck with it! Don't even try to re sell it for you!!!
Check out the return policy before you buy. I Did an exchange and they wouldn't credit my credit card the 20 bucks they owed me. I had to buy earrings and 2 stupid plastic bags I didn't want. They still owed me $1.42 and gave me a STINKING STORE CREDIT! When am I going to go back there and spend $1.42? NEVER! Also, not once while I was trying on dresses did they ask if I needed a different size. No help at all. I had to keep redressing to get different sizes. I should have just gone to Dillard's.
