A few months ago, I had a negative experience at a different DB location which left me with a wedding dress that would serve, but I wasn’t loving. My mother and sister were with me at the time. When my mom and sister were out shopping for MOB and MOH dresses at this location, they were so impressed with the quality of service! They shared our negative experience with the ladies there that night. After hearing about it, the ladies working were determined to correct my experience. They worked with my mom and sister to arrange for a bridal revisit for me to exchange the gown I had bought if they were able to help me find something I truly loved. I worked with Shakira and Amanda C., and I am so appreciative to everyone else in the shop for their guidance. Shakira was communicative and responsive to my needs when I started to feel overwhelmed. My mother had surprised me with the appointment, getting me there to see the gown she picked and telling me we needed to show my dress to alterations. I had felt underprepared to be looking at dresses again, but Shakira was prepared and sincerely wanted us to be happy with the final decision. She gave me opportunities to voice concerns and ask questions, and she offered solutions. I’m so grateful for the ladies here!

so i booked my appointment the day be4yesterday because my sis thought i should try it out... Well i did i came in yesterday and i had a ball a great experience with Shakira my stylist.. She was very helpful i told her what i needed and she was on point.. She treated me as if it was only me n her in the room she helped me put my shoes and dress on.. Lovely experience

This is a great store! Gianna helped my maid of honor find the perfect dress today. She was kind, helpful, attentive, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Kaitlyn helped me find my dream wedding dress about a month ago, and she was also wonderful and made the experience so much easier than I thought it would be. Each person I’ve interacted with at this location has been very nice and responsive.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! Toni was so helpful and I loved her personality! Fun and understanding and very accommodating and patient! Other staff were so friendly and welcoming! I traveled over an hour for a specific dress and it fit perfect and received it welllllll before expected! HIGHLY recommended thank you ladies xo

Had an appt with my friend and niece. Toni was our consultant and she was beyond PHENOMENAL. We unfortunately had a few not so experiences at other shops, but decided to travel an hour to come here. They had the dress in stock so we can try it on before ordering. And Toni helped figure out what would be the best for my niece. Cant wait for our future appointments-will absolutely ask to have Toni again.
