We had an 11:00 appointment and were told to find our picks. They said Jessica would be by soon to help us. No one showed. We asked for Jessica and were told she come by soon. We stood in the middle of the room holding our dresses for some time when we were told we could have dressing room 2. We proceeded to try on our picks but no Jessica. We had questions about some of them and wanted to know what the process and time frame might be for ordering but no one came by and asked how we were doing, if we needed help, nothing. The stylist who attended to me was very kind and helpful. She was able to help me find the dress I was looking for with no hassle. She even let me know everything she was doing before she did it so I was apart of the whole experience.
