My experience with David’s Bridal has been extremely disappointing from the initial purchase through the final alterations. At the time I purchased my dress, I was assured multiple times that adding sleeves would not be an issue. Based on those assurances, I felt confident moving forward. UPDATE: Victoria(1 of the managers) reached out to me yesterday and did everything she could to make things right. She thanked me for my honest review and stated that’s what they need to improve is honesty. She said she has put in a request for the alterations department to receive actual training for their job. Very disappointed!!!! Bought our bridesmaids dresses here and when we took one back for alterations…….. they charged double than what we paid for the dress!!!! Wish we had went elsewhere!!! That’s terrible way to take advantage of people!!!!
