Great experience. Assistance and customer service were decent. Wish we would have been told one of the dresses were not avaliable in our color before purchase.

We were greeted upon arrival and told to go ahead and find prom dresses for my daughter to try on. As we started to walk back to look at dresses another woman behind the counter told us to go sign in. We explained we had already been told to go look at dresses. We walked around looking for a while and we're very disappointed with the selection this year. Last year my daughter tried on over a dozen dresses and found "the one" at David's bridal. It was my first time shopping for wedding gowns. It was a lot of fun! I wish I could have seen more dresses in my style but I did say yes to my dress. Thank you to all of the wonderful ladies that helped me along the way. I'm looking forward to go back to get my dress and look at bridesmaid dresses.

Since the stylist assigned to our appointment didn't show up to work Alexis took over our appointment (even though she was helping another group as well). She was a rockstar; she split her time between the groups so well and she answered all our questions!
