Cynthia at the Lombard store was patient, knowledgeable, and very down-to-earth. She should get a raise!!! I felt like she genuinely cares about her customers.

I went shopping for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses a few times. Everyone is always rushed around. There isn't enough help. One person is helping2-3 brides and it takes awhile to get changed and pick different dresses. Alterations is ok. They typically do a good job. They don't listen too well and speak over you. They are hard to understand which isn't helpful when trying to learn a bustle or tell them how you want your alterations. A lot of times I wasn't sure if she understood and was going to do it how I asked.

I absolutely LOVED the experience I had at David's Bridal.. My stylist Cynthia was the absolute BEST.. I am going to make sure to request her for every visit until my big day... She was very attentive and had the most outgoing and cheerful attitude I've ever encountered... This experience made me so much more excited about my wedding.. #DuggerWedding2018
The manager was great!! She definitely made the experience. The associate helping me with the appointment was very emotional and seemed upset most of the appointment but thankfully the manager was there to make the appointment much better!
Having a transgender male help me and my sister's dress fitting was very awkward. I was very uncomfortable the entire time, felt like I would prefer a female to help out next time. Thanks.
