I went shopping for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses a few times. Everyone is always rushed around. There isn't enough help. One person is helping2-3 brides and it takes awhile to get changed and pick different dresses. Alterations is ok. They typically do a good job. They don't listen too well and speak over you. They are hard to understand which isn't helpful when trying to learn a bustle or tell them how you want your alterations. A lot of times I wasn't sure if she understood and was going to do it how I asked.

The manager was great!! She definitely made the experience. The associate helping me with the appointment was very emotional and seemed upset most of the appointment but thankfully the manager was there to make the appointment much better!
