Daria was amazing!! I thought since it was a late final alteration appointment at 7 that people probably werent too happy but She seriously enjoys her job and you can tell by her patience and the way she explains things, and even makes sure you're completely happy with everything before you leave! She definitely made this process 100x smoother!!

The person that helped me Maria at the Lombard IL location was such a doll!! Although I found my dress, there needs to be a better selection in person, not just online. Not many people want to take that risk considering you need to see what it looks like in person. At least make it not non-refundable online incase something goes wrong. Unfortunately, there weren't too many Vera Wang selections at this store location either. But I'm glad I found mine!
