I had Candice as my consultant gal. She was AMAZING!!! She had fun with us, she made me feel incredibly comfortable even though I was a plus size person, she NEVER made me feel conscious about my body. She found amazing dresses that I enjoyed putting on. I found my dress and it was the first day I went looking. She was so kind and helpful. I told her my budget and she didn't try to get me in love with something outrageous. I went in to look at Bridal gowns for the very first time and was not knowing exactly what I wanted. Sarah R was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing!!! She helped me in and out of many dresses and always listened to what it was I was looking for. I would come back again any time! Thanks so much Sarah, you rock!!!
I have to day how lovely your consultants are. I came to find a mother of the groom dress and brought my 2 daughters and mum with me. I found a lovely dress and so did my girls. What really impressed me was how kind and helpful she was to my one girl who has special needs. Thank you so much for a lovely experience I will definately recommend your store to anyone looking for a dress.
We had a wonderful experience today! They took us in with very short notice. Candice was truly amazing! She was very knowledgable and sincere with helping my daughter pick the perfect dress The whole staff expressed interest while we were there. Had a great experience at Davids Bridal in London when I bought my wedding dress. Amazing customer service throughout the whole experience. Will definitely return for other formal dresses in the future.

I went to David's Bridal in London to look for a dress for a party. The stylist that helped me was incredible! She was very knowledgeable and really listened to my needs. they got me into alterations right away and the great service continued. everyone there was so friendly and fun. What a great experience! My niece had a VERY firm idea in her head of what she wanted and it looked like all was lost when it wasn't available (anywhere). Our consultant was so patient and kind to her, in no time she had her coming around and less than an hour later...her DREAM dress! She looked like a princess and when the perfect shoes materialized from nowhere...icing on the cake. Nice save, ladies!
