sharing my personal experience.... IF you are quoted a specific alteration price, make sure to check your receipt BEFORE paying. I was lucky with 1 simple alteration. quoted $34 but when I went to cash out I was told $49.72. how is that mathematically possible? because their register is programmed with higher charges!! and when I questioned it I was told it is the pricing in the system. I brought my daughter in today to look for flower girl dresses. I booked for 1pm but they had me as 12pm, then they waved us back and said go there. No one helped us look, no one helped us find a room. Terrible selection, dodged our question on ordering the dress we liked in a bigger size.
