Nelly and Courtney were excellent! When I say I have never had an experience that has been so welcoming and open! Nelly was a pleasure and such a wonderful lady! I myself am the maid of honour and I would l push for the bride to spend her money here just for the customer service alone! Thank you :)

They are very quick to take money, but the customer service after that is appalling! I really recommend not using them if you don’t have to. They require full and immediate payment of bridesmaids dresses upon order of the dresses. Then, once they arrive in store they require pick up 14 days after the dresses arrive in the store. However, they don’t inform you prior on when they will arrive. My dresses arrived on the 22nd of December. Of course most people will be on holidays then! Recently, my daughter and I visited your Stratford, London store, shopping for a wedding dress for me and bridesmaid dress for my daughter. Stylist Zun was wonderful! She greeted us with a big, friendly smile and immediately made us feel welcome. Being an "encore" bride and a little older than most, I expected limited options, but after listening to my thoughts and ideas, Zun came up with some great solutions. I had postponed my wedding 3 times and was 6 months pregnant when the day finally came around. I wasn't able to wear my original dress and on a whim, popped my head into the shop and asked if they had a maternity range. The explained that they didn't but asked me all about what I wanted, when the day was and explained I could have something off the rack altered. David’s Bridal Stratford….They treat staff like slaves… very little breaks… standing all day and can’t sit down. The working conditions for staff are disgraceful. Staff are always leaving so appointments for brides are disorganised. Staff are overworked and poor pay. Go somewhere else where staff are respected

The store should be renamed Japo's Bridal. Japo understood the assignment and delivered it and more. Firstly I was working to a budget and she reassured me that it was ok, and that she'd find me something within it and did not make me feel like I would have to compromise or look at unaffordable options.
