I went to westifeld today just to browse some dresses( i did'nt had any appoinment) but Ana aproached be and very nicely she said that she is free and she can look after me, she is a such amazong person, she helped me a lot and listen to all my crazy requires. I just want to say ty because of her i boughy the dress. Ty again ana

I felt that the alteration appointment was very rushed. I felt that it was more about the payment then that the customer was happy with the changes. I did not feel that the person that did the alternation really cared what customer was after. From the begining the person did not even help customer to get dress on. I just did not fell positive after the appointment.

The sales assistant was friendly but i felt a bit rushed to pick a particular style. Then when i did finally commit there wasnt anything in my size (12) or it wasnt in store yet or just not available . She did try, in the end she seemed a bit more relaxed which helped. Her vail choice was superb. It was a lovely experience though the whole ambiance of Davids bridal is amazing. The selection is wide even though I didn't get my particular selection
