The consultant was very good and patient. She was extremely helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to buy the more expensive dress of the ones I tried on. Overall a good experience.

Experience was good and lovely staff. However, now 3rd fitting and quite frustrating to see different people each time. Also think that the changing rooms are very dark and the fitting area could be much smarter - lots of bridal shoes scattered around doesn't give the best impression, even if it is a bit of a 'working area'. I think a little more attention in this area would make a huge diffenenece.
