Friendly helpful staff. Even though my consultant was helping another lady, she was still there to assist when needed, and when she was doing so with the other lady, other staff members would come over and help you.

When we first went in the amount of wedding dresses you had was completely overwhelming also the staff seemed very miserable. As bride to be this is the most important day in the lead up to the wedding. However our stylist Sara was incredible she listened to what myself, sister and mum felt about each style of dress we tried on. From there she took all the elements we liked and I brought 'the dress' something I had never considered before but was perfect in every way.
