I booked an appointment online for 17th Feb and from the moment we walked in the door we was greeted with a warm welcome and Aminah our stylist was fantastic. I took my 4 bridesmaids for a look at the dresses which we did for over an hour with no pushy sales. Loved the experience and I am coming back to the Westfield Stratford city store to buy all 4 dresses plus accessories. Thankyou Aminah for such a lovely experience x

From the moment we arrived we felt we were in the right shop. The young lady on the welcoming desk was warm and friendly and, without pressure, invited us to look around the store for a prom dress. We found the experience extremely unhelpful. The 'stylist' was serving me and two other ladies so I spent a lot of time waiting to try the next dress on. My mum in the end had to change me and put me in different dresses. I showed the lady pictures of dresses in the shop and she didn't go to find them, my sister did. There was no positive help and would not buy a dress from davids bridal because of this experience.

Ali was a brilliant shop assistant and I just want to thank her for a fantastic experience today. She made it a positive and great experience for the whole family. Also Nikita was a positive and great employee who was able to make everyone feel involved and comfortable. We found all of the dresses that we needed and after purchasing my own wedding dress at the west fields store in Stratford I have had such a brilliant experience with Davids Bridal! Thank you!

Very efficient and friendly staff who went out their way to help. Helen was rushed off her feet but still made me feel comfortable and like an individual in the huge room. The manager was also lovely but I can't remember her name sadly!

Grace was fantastic from start to end of my consultation, she listened to my needs and found me styles that matched what I wanted! I had so much fun trying on all the dresses and she was so helpful and complimentary.
