Iv visited a few times , bought my beautiful dress for my sons wedding then came back for alterations , both times the ladies have been superb , very attentive and giving excellent advice. Iv also bought another dress for my daughter even tho she didn't need it ! My sister in law and mum are visiting soon to buy their dresses for my sons wedding. The assistant Shally (sorry not sure of spelling) in your Stratford store was amazing - she went out of her way to help me and was very sympathetic in challenging circumstances. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
The experience was seamless from the moment we walked through the door. I was made to feel so special and relaxed. Upstairs is heaven and our stylist was perfect. Fashionable and supportive! And I found my dream dress! And it was on a special discount! The shop is beautiful - I am over the moon! Thank you :)

Relaxed feel and no pressure which made the experience laid back and not pushy. The lady who served us (Isráel) was amazing. Listened to my likes and dislikes and pulled a range of dresses. Will be recommending!
