Consultants were lovely and helpful and listened really well. Biggest down side is the store policy to refuse to do any custom alterations. All I wanted was to replace one layer of tule inside the skirt with an ivory layer of tule instead. Did yourself out of a sale.

Sara was absolutely amazing and so helpful in picking out dresses and offering advice, she made me feel so comfortable and was very genuine and happy especially when we found 'the dress'! Loved my experience and would recommend to friends and family :)

At first there was a slight sense of being in a crazy bridal factory as it was quite large and there were lots of people but actually it ended up being a very personal service as the stylists had an amazing ability to listen to what you wanted and pick out dresses you might like and other accessories. They also picked up on facial expressions. They were not pushy and you didn't feel pressured to speed up. They chose accessories they thought would match rather than pushing the most expensive.
