If I could give 10 stars to Rachael at David’s Bridal in Northridge I would! I had a very sad and horrific experience with ordering and alterations, but she made me feel like she wasn’t just trying to blow me off and didn’t care. She listened to my 30 min sobbing of how bad the experience was and was so personable and professional and made sure I was happy and taken care of and did everything she could before the end of the call reassuring me she cared and was sorry. They were very patient and helpful. I loved the way the dress fit me at the end. Kat was very nice and friendly she made me feel comfortable and that I made the best decision to pick up the dress I chose. I feel happy that I found David’s bridal on this journey. ☺️

Went in today for my first fitting/alteration appointment. Irina and Linda helped me today. Both were amazing and very detailed on what they were doing. Explained everything and gave me the breakdown of everything they did. The whole experience was amazing from being greeted upon entering all the way to checking out. Thank you !
Stylist Miranda was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and picked 3 excellent choices. She was calm and almost soothing. She allowed me to take my time and I didn't feel pressured to choose a dress . Happily I did find what I was looking for😊 Miranda also assisted us with bridesmaids dresses but I need to do I little more shopping for those.
Irena and Ky handled my alterations, everything went smoothly even though I kept losing weight and had to have an extra “last” fitting. They are very patient and made good suggestions on how to mold my dress (added straps, a belt and built in cups so I don’t have to wear any undergarments) to be comfortable and beautiful!
Miranda was amazing, kind, and such a helpful person! So insightful and efficient! Great team!!!!!
