**THE WORST POLICIES IN RETAIL** I go to the store to have my granddaughter try on flower girl dresses $170 ok size 4 works but the style not in stock so I order /pay @ front desk. The clerk makes the delivery to the STORE??? Why?? This is what we do … ok whatever I ask about the return it’s 7 days from the date the order is PLACED!! But I’m not receiving the product for another 12 days!! So you want to give me store credit day 8 when I NEVER even received the product?? Great customer service, the Manager Kat was fantastic.
My event date is coming up really soon, so there wasn’t a lot of time to find my dress. When all the dresses I tried on were too big, they were quick to try to find me alternatives that were similar, and when I really wanted the original dress I liked, they made sure to fit me in quickly for alterations. I was accommodated every step of the way even with the short turnaround. Very helpful.

When your planning the biggest day of your life, you need support! David's Bridal on Pico BLVD. Provided just that! I called in the a.m. to book a bridal consultation and fitting. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Cierra who welcomed me with the cutest "Bride to Be" tote. My stylist, Taylor was totally prepared with stored favs from my David's profile and a few ideas of her own.
