They treat you great while you’re dress shopping but once they have your money customer service goes out the window. Embarrassed by the way my bridesmaids were treated after their dresses were paid for. First phone call received was today stating that the dress was going to be sent back if it wasn’t picked up, claiming the dress has been in for 11 days. Yet a call was never received when the dress came in. Management seemed to be very unapologetic. Would never buy a dress from David’s Bridal again.

The alterations that I had on my maid of honor dress left the dress still entirely too big. I had to get sewn into it the day of the wedding because it was falling down. The advice when I picked up the dress? Make sure my boobs were fully in the cups. I don’t recommend alterations here at all.

I didn’t realize that I needed an appointment. That was fine. The woman was so rude to me even explaining everything. I left in tears. I asked if I could look at dresses because I was just there for ideas and she said “No....our stylists are all busy” there was not one person in the store other than myself. At this point I walk out and leave. I am currently looking for another Bridal Boutique because this experience was shameful.

Not a fan. Came with my future daughter-in-law and her bridal party (which included my daughter who has Down syndrome) to look for her gown and also bridesmaids dresses. The consultant was less than helpful, and acted like she’d rather be anywhere else but there. She was MIA more than she was around. At times she seemed annoyed by questions. At one point, I watched her remove a wedding gown from a hanger, and the lace was snagged on the hanger. Instead of gently removing it, she yanked and tore it. No wonder the some of ... read more

If I had to do it all over again I would and I wouldn’t pick David’s bridal!

David’s bridal has the absolute worst service I have ever encountered. The first time I came in to browse for dresses for my wedding they yelled at me for not having an appointment. I just wanted to “window shop” to make sure I wanted to set up an appointment and not waste my time. I set up an appointment for my bridesmaids four months in advance. I told them I had seven girls.
