Horrible experience!!! If I could return the bridesmaid dresses I would bit they have lost the rest of my business!!!
I visited the Merrillville location today to get bridesmaids dresses and I could not have been more disappointed. The staff was not very helpful and whenever we had a question they would just say no and walk away instead of offering other suggestions. Horrible experience, and I will tell everyone I know. Huge disappointment.
Went in to Davids bridal for measurements for my bridesmaid dress because the bride lives out of town and I was told I could go in to any bridal shop and they would measure me complimentary. The employee gave me a hard time and then proceeded to measure me with my clothes on...coat and all! I've always heard negative things (and wedding nightmares) about David's Bridal but never actually had gone into the store. I went to this location in hopes of finding more options after visiting the David's Bridal in Mishawaka. However the consultant, Nancy, was very rude and unhelpful. She made an awkward inquiry about why the mother of the bride was not along for the trip and showed how unhappy she was about it. She also kept making references to the fact that she didn't have time to help us nor did we allow enough time to find a dress before our wedding date which is just under a year away.
