The customer service/phone service is awful. My bridesmaid dress came in last Wednesday 2/21 in the afternoon (or at least, that is when they called me to tell me that it was in). I hadn't gotten back to them for a day, because I was working. They called again the next day, this time leaving a message saying that my dress needs to be picked up ASAP. Worst customer service ever. The small black lady was SO rude because of my wedding date. She said there was no point for me to be in there and I was wasting her time. She then LEFT me to help someone else. I am furious! Will never shop here! They lost a huge wedding party!!

Went in with two of my bridesmaids to get an idea of what we liked. The lady at the front explained to us where everything was and if we were interested in trying anything out to let her know. She was nice. As we looked through the dresses, the bridesmaids found a few things they wanted to try on. We were about to walk over to ask if we can try on these dresses when an employee approached us and told us that they didn’t allow people to take the dresses off the rack and grabbed them from us and put them back on the racks??? The service we received here was sub par in part due to not receiving the full attention of our sales associate. Two different bridal parties were scheduled at once for our associate and we were not able to get the service we should have to meet our needs. Half of the time we didn’t have our associate around to help and when they were around they were somewhat rude.

Buyer beware!! I would never make another purchase from a David’s again. Let’s start with day 1, my daughter found the perfect dress from here. Of course, we purchased it immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful at that time. We were told the dress wouldn’t be in until December. Three days later we got a phone call it was in. This was a red flag to me. I went to this location over the weekend with my bridal party to pick out dresses. They tried on a few style/colors and we found a couple different dresses that we loved. I asked the consultant if the dresses we chose came in the color I wanted and she told me they did. Right before we were getting ready to leave she told me that they discontinued the color for the styles we chose. I was very frustrated and disappointed. We went here for my daughter's wedding last week and I do not recommend them especially the alterations! Not only were the ladies slightly rude but we were very unsatisfied with the bussle! They literally sewed 8 to 10 buttons on the back of her dress to loop up the train! They charged us almost 350 for this!!! The first fitting we went to she didn't even want to take it in how my daughter was asking her to...and she poked herself and never got up to get a bandaid...I made sure I watched her in case she got blood on her dres... read more

The staff was not willing to help. They didn't move from behind the counter and told me that David's bridal doesn't carry what I liked. I had shown a picture. Then they laughed. They proceeded to talk about their time out at the boats.
