I bought a wedding dress from David's Bridal online (on sale for $200) and it arrived on Dec. 28, half an hour before I left for a flight. I tried it on for fit, was happy with it, and left. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding in August. The bride found us shoes online at David's Bridal's website. They shipped the wrong size shoe. I thought I would return the shoes to their store near where we live. Apparently, the actual store and the online store are almost like two separate entities. They would not let me return the shoes there and told me to call the online store. They have nice dresses of reasonable quality at an affordable price. BUT - don't expect any real customer service. We bought a wedding dress there and had a good experience. We went back for a bridesmaids dress and that was NOT a good experience. You are pushed to order so that it will arrive in time - our current order said 6 MONTHS before it arrives. The service is horrible.I order my shoes and they change the delivery date 3 times! I called the customer service and they keep putting me on hold for over 40 minutes. At the end they told me that they could not cancel my order, they could not give me my money back, they could not tell me if they will send my shoes or not, and all the manager were "busy" so the lady said she could not do anything.Please do not buy here! I won't even put .5 of rating.

I went to David's Bridal to look for my wedding dress. The customer service is horrible and the dresses seemed to be a bit poorly made. The dresses I tried on were $900, $1250 AND $1350. I would not recommend David's Bridal to anyone.

Hate it! I got my dress from the Warwick, RI location and they ordered the wrong color dress and belt. I was able to get the correct color for the dress but not for the belt. Now I'm stuck with $150.00 and they don't have the belt I wanted in white. They didn't even apologize. Wish I never got my dress from David's bridal! -Mee

I went in to Davids Bridal Lake Grove, NY to get a bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding and in the process I found my wedding dress. My experience in the store was OK, I'm pretty self reliant so it didn't bother me that they weren't really around when I was trying anything on, I honestly find that annoying because I know they are just trying to get a sale. What a joke this company is. I ordered my bridal party gifts a week ago and paid for 2 day shipping. A week later no gifts and when I called they blamed their vendor a third party, who did not ship the items. That is not my problem I paid David's Bridal for these gifts not a third party. After 1 hour I finally got David's Bridal to overnight these gifts to me as my rehearsal was the day the packages were to arrive. Come to find out they only sent me 1 of the 7 items I ordered. We found a dress 3 weeks ago that was perfect. The lady helping us was not happy because it was only $99. When we checked out the cashier called alterations to get an estimate of the cost. They advised $40 for the top & $65 for the bottom. Today was the day we went for alterations. They got her a bra, a slip & put on the dress. She loves it even more.
