Today I went to the Tukwila, WA David's Bridal. WHAT AWFUL Service. Seriously dought that I would ever got there again. My apt was at 12:30, I got there 10 min early. Checked in, "Donna" said she would call the lady for my appointment. After waiting 35 minutes for someone to help me. I went back to the front counter, Donna forgot about me or who I was. By telling me to "suck it in" twice I was not very happy with the rude behavior of the alterations department. I am not a large person by any means and was very offended. I will NOT be returning to David's Bridal nor will I be referring any of my family and friends there for any type of business. Also, I feel that $60 for a hemline adjustment is outrageous! Please tell your staff to be more kind as the whole world is not always rude.

I did lots of research online before going to David's, so I felt very prepared when I went in for my first appointment. It all went downhill from there. The online site said "Buy your bridal gown at David's Bridal and all of your bridesmaids will receive $20 off their dress!" I was very excited about being able to save money for my large bridal party so I didnt even look anywhere else in town and went straghit to David's. I recently got an alteration done at the location in Whitehall, PA. It was HORRIBLE! I had to make another appointment because the first lady got it all wrong and bent the pins. After my second appointment, the lady was rushing. After she was done with me, she left her shift. I don't even know how my dress will turn out because she only took it up 2 inches when it was extremely long. Do not go to David's Bridal! My daughter ordered her dress from there and when it came in it was so wrinkled that my daughter said "it looked like a dog slept on in." The tag was worn and her veil looked like it had been balled up and stuck in a bag. We believe that David's searched their inventory and sent her a sample dress in her size from another store. Horrible. Tried this a second time for my second daughter's wedding. We had an appointment and waited and waited. The girl brought 4 dresses. None of which my daughter had choosen. Her sister went out to look at the dresses and was told by a woman that the person waiting on us had to bring the dresses. How the heck did this girl know what she liked? So in 2 hours my daughter tried on 4 dresses. Begging to make a appointment to come back. They surely can forget that!

I was stunned at the lack of professional decorum at David's Bridal on Fayetteville Road in Durham, NC. The employees seemed harried and unconcerned about making the experience enjoyable and special. Two of the young women attending us used extremely bad language. Several had body piercings and tattoos. Worst of all, they knew nothing about garment construction. SO SO SO SO SO SO BAD!!!!! Terrible from beginning to end. It is the Wal-Mart of Bridal ware. My consultant would disappear for long periods of time. My bridesmaid had to pull dresses for me after waiting in the dressing room for almost 45 minutes. When she did arrive she would not pull dresses I wanted to see on me. There were no place for my guest to sit. The consultant was more focused on selling me everything in the store except a wedding dress. My consultant was wonderful. Took all the time I wanted. I was 2 months postpartum and I've never had so many problems with alterations. Rude, lied about things that were supposed to be altered. I was stabbed multiple times due to pins being left in my dress. Was told I didn't need to change thing when I wanted them done. Was never helped with putting the dress on, worst experience ever. The cost was ridiculously high. Spent more on fixing all Tue flaws then I did for the dress.
