The bridesmaid dresses arrived they were all too small. I asked the manager and she said that we should have been told by the consultant the dresses you try on at the store are all stretched out. My response was even if we were told it was the consultants job to order the larger size. The manager at the one in Madison Tenn, informed me they were not responsible for the size of the dress the factory makes. Beware ordering from Davids Bridal on-line. Their return policy indicates they accept returns except for "Outlet items". The site redirects you based on the item you select so there's no indication your purchasing and Outlet item - and then you're stuck with it if there's a problem.
This is the worst place I have been to in my life!! I went in to get a bridesmaid dress for my cousins wedding and I was not helped at all. The consultant didn't even try to measure me she just asked me what size jeans I wore!! They had no idea what they were doing! If there are any brides out there considering giving David's Bridal your business, DON'T. From day 1 they have been very pushy, unprofessional, condescending, and just plain RUDE to specifically one of my bridesmaids and me. Yesterday they did something really shady & that was the straw that broke the camel's back. My experience at David's Bridal has been awful. The consultant was not knowledgeable about wedding dresses or veils, and she kept talking to me about her personal life during my consultation. The Customer Service was not helpful, and I was left waiting most of the time. I often felt like I was inconveniencing them. In addition, my bridesmaid's shoes were dyed incorrectly. Sorry David's Bridal but you definitely have proved yourself to be completely incompetent. The sales people are really sweet but I honestly have never met so many dumb and clueless people anywhere...ever. Both times I went to this place I had appointments and I still had to wait 20 minutes to be helped. Well I went to Davids bridal because I have heard great things.......yea well my experience was not so great. When I first went there I had a very nice and caring bridal consultant she was so helpful and just amazing the way she matched my veil to the dress and so much more very laid back and fun she made me very comfortable. Ordered a "made to order" bridesmaids dress. After waiting 2 months for it, it was not made correctly. Another one was ordered. It also was not made correctly. Both times the hemline was noticeably uneven and the waistline was not tailored evenly. Real amateurs are sewing in their factories. Either that, or they are drinking on the job. I went to David's Bridal in Madison Wisconsin looking for a dress for a formal party I was attending. I have to say the service there was awful, well really it was non exsistent. I went in there with my sister, no one even ackowledged us or helped us at all. My sister was the one who went to get dresses for me to try on. No one ever came over to ask if we needeed any help.
