It was super busy when we went, I bought my flower girl dress and shoes here. I wish they would let you even just exchange sizes cause my baby girls shoes were too small but there sizing is so off. The dress was gorgeous and they have great selections for children on dresses. Shoes not so much. Like i said sizes are way off from regular store sizes.
I live in Erie Pa and I purchased my wedding gown at the David's Bridal by the Mill Creek mall. The staff was very rude and out of control! Nothing but nasty comments flew out of their unhappy mouths! It was horrible.... I would never tell anyone in the world to go there! Not even to stop and ask for directions.... The only thing I can say nice about the store was the dresses... The dresses were absolutely beautiful at a very reasonable price... The bridesmaids found the service unreliable, rigid and grossly inaccurate. One bridesmaid paid for her available online dress and received it far later than necessary though it was in the warehouse. Another received a dress which was four sizes too big though she told the sales representative what her size was. And it was delayed by nearly two weeks. I had to give them my mailing address and information all over again after they guaranteed they had entered it into their system which could have cost me getting the dress on t... read more
I had a wonderful experience, and my bridesmaids were able to find dresses in their price range that fit our wedding perfectly!
Had an appt. at noon on sunday, although it took 45 minutes for them to help us. If that were not bad enough, the saleslady had an attitude and kept pushing for us to get the Davids credit card. Didnt want that anyway-wanted lay a way which is a whole other story-very confusing. The lady that was supposed to be helping us had 3 other clients, so you can guess how that went...I had to help my daughter with all of the fittings. Alterations did a wonderful job on my dress, it fit perfect, but it was a little pricey! Plus the dress was inexpensive to begin with.
Davids Bridal Milwaukee,WI both locations are very unprofessional. They're customer service is very poor. I went through them for my dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses. They have no structure. Managers are not consistent. It is like a nightmare would absolutely NOT recomend anyone to visit this store for anything. i love that there colors match with mens wear house and they have good prices, but there service is poor and they take way to long to do things!
I bought my wedding dress from David's Bridal in Madison TN on Gallatin Road. Pat and Barbara, the sales associates were excellent. Pat helped me find the perfect dress and Barbara assisted with my final fitting. Beyond my interactions with Pat and Barbara, the rest of my experiences with David's Bridal have been a nightmare; including my interactions with Bobbie, the store manager and Marion at Corporate.
