Good thing marriages last forever (mostly.) I would not want to be in the market for another bridal dress at David's Bridal. From the first time I walked in the service was awful. I made an appointment, as was the only thing I was allowed to do, and left. My next time in the store, was slightly better in that at least I was able to try a few dresses on with the help of a attendant. My daughter got her Bridesmaids dresses at David's and other than being affordable and reusable, that is all that I can say that was positive. The sample dresses were not even close to the real size. One girl ordered the size she tried on which was loose and long and the actual dress was too small and too short! They let her reorder but she had to turn the dress in and we were nervous that the new one would not come in for the wedding. Then the dress came in early and noone called us. I will NEVER purchase another item at this or any other David's Bridal store unless I am absolutely forced to! I fell in love with a dress on line and found it in the store. It was "the dress". The fiasco to get the dress since they sold the one out from under me and had to order one from another store in a size small which led to doubling the cost of the dress to have a seamstress make it fit was beyond ridiculous. I absolutely loved my dress. The consultant was great, the style I originally wanted did not look good at all and he picked out the perfect dress. They helped me order the perfect size so that I only had to get it bustled not altered at all. And they were so great with my bridesmaid and moms. They all loved their dresses and did not have to change a thing.

Jackson, TN.....So much to complain about, just don't know where to start. All I can say is they are out for a commission, pressuring you to buy up the store. If you go there, make sure its all about, whomever helps you, make sure they stay with you, you suppose to get a coupon book, make sure you get it, I didn't get mines, and when I ask for a code over the phone after I chatted with someone online from David Bridal, they wanted me to come pick it up. Don't ever sshop at David's Bridal! We were there this past weekend. Out appintment was at 12 Noon. We were trying on dresses, and another woman came in to try on dresses. They moved her to the fitting area that was right next to us. There were 2 other fitting areas that were available. The employees at the store asked the groom to leave because that woman had religious beliefs that included not being able to be around men! I know everyone can't have the perfect experience. I'm not going to lie I saw a 'bigger' bride being put into dresses there that were less than flattering for her figure but I honestly don't know what that bride was asking for so for all I know she could have insisted on some of these awful styles. All I can go by is my own experience.My first time at here in June of 2010 was very pleasant! I bought my dress in San Diego before I moved to VA. I gained 10Ib after I moved but, I managed so fitted in the dress! it was very nice and everyone loves it

High pressure sales and NO RETURNS ...only exchange and the exchange has to be for exact amount or over. Make sure you are 100% certain that this is your wedding dress prior to making ANY purchases. The sales people are rude and the manager is beyond human. And this is supposed to be a happy event in your life. WHATEVER
