HORRIBLE!!!!!!! THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN VISIT TO BUY A DRESS!!!! I have three bridesmaids, ordered the dresses 4 weeks before the wedding, the color we received was not the color we ordered, we went to returned the dresses and they just said it wasn't their fault, we explained them that they showed us a lighter color,even their webpage had the color they showed us in the store, they just said their webpage don't show the real colors for technical problems... and that all sales are final, so they could'n do anything about it.... read more

If your tall (6') it may be difficult finding a gown, but I'm sure it's the same case other places too...

I absolutely loved my wedding dress I got at David's Bridal! It was even on a special sale because it was being discontinued! It fit me perfectly so the only thing I needed added to it was bustle, and the alterations staff does a wonderful job for a resonable price. My only complaint is that they dont accept any returns. I bought a slip to wear under my dress there, then realized it was the wrong type of slip for my dress. It hadnt even been taken out of the package yet, but they dont take ANY returns. I had visited two locations and also shopped online for items for my wedding and all transactions were a disaster! The saleswoman didn't measure any of my bridal party and ran around helping everyone but me even tho I had an appointment. They told me I had to have this bra that I found out later I didn't need and tey refused to return it. I also had problems with ordering my shoes so I absolutely refuse to go to them for my alterations. They are the biggest ripoff company. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I have two bridesmaids, ordered one dress last week, paid in full 1 week from today, called to order the second and it is closed out with 3 colors left in stock....All sales final. Asked for a manager and she said that's the way it works.....I know David's Bridal is affordable, but I beg all of the brides and loved one's of brides, go somewhere else!!!! There are much better places!!!!!

I got a goregous dress at a wonderful price and the alterations department got my dress and my bridesmaids dresses to fit perfectly. However, the customer service on the sales floor (even with appointment) gave us a run for our money.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal in Woodbridge, Va, and it was the worst experience I have ever had as a bridesmaid. First of all we booked an appointment on a Thursday afternoon at 7pm. We walked in and the workers did not greet us, nor did they even acknowledge us until AFTER we grabbed dresses and tried them on. One of the ladies greeted us as i handed her the dress we needed and told her the size I wanted. We were ready to pay but were forced to wait at the counter for at least 15 minutes while she help... read more

I purchased a wedding dress for my daughter on 8/10/2011. A horrible situation came about and she would no longer be getting married. When I called the store and spoke to Ann, they refused to give a refund based on their NO RETURN policy. However we contacted the Corporate Office and spoke to Lorna Buck whom we thought would be helpful, turns out all these birds all sing the same song. My suggestion to anyone that is getting married and looking for a dress: Don't go to DAVID'S BRIDAL in Lenexa, KS or any of the other stores.... read more

While the sales person that helped me was very nice I would not go back to David's Bridal. My biggest complaint is "All Sales Final". I purchased a complete bridal set - but decided to return the shoes and buy a pair that I could wear more than once. I tried to return the shoes and the receptionist told me that the manager was out for about two hours and she would have her call me as soon as she returned. So far no call and it has been awhile. Stupid me did not see that all sales final. I can understand anything that had bee... read more
