Stressful experience at a time that should be enjoyable for the bride. I had a great experience the day of wedding dress shopping. We loved our stylist Andy. I bought and paid full price for my wedding dress and both flower girls dresses, 2000 dollars worth of merchandise, on our first day there but the rest of the experience was awful!! Horrible experience in the Modesto store. I accompanied my cousin dress shopping and her consultant (Brittany) was horrible. She made the bride to be feel humiliated and not worthy of a dress. Her budget was not in the thousands but it was a decent amount and when she heard what it was right away her attitude changed as if it was not enough. She did not help the bride to be to change in or out of her dresses and when asked if there where any styles close to what the bride was interested in we where told, "Not in her budget."... read more
I’m highly disappointed with my experience at David’s Bridal. The options available for me for a wedding down were minimal in comparison to the vast amounts of bridesmaid/formal dresses available. I chose 8 dresses that I wanted to try on & we asked the consultant if she needed to see which ones the were. She said “Nope, I’ve got it.” Only 4 were pulled & made available for me to try on. I was booked for a 90 minute appointment. We were done & in the car in less than 30.

Staff seemed to been having a bad day, stylist was hesitant to even help me after I told her what I was really interested in and my budget. Customer service was extremely lacking and being called Hun every few minutes was a bit annoying. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as it made my first dress shopping experience upsetting instead of fun and exciting.
So excited to pick up my dress and Crystal sash yesterday, Saturday at David's Bridal. Drove from Stockton to Modesto to pick it up first thing in the morning and was just handed it by one of the staff there. Drove back home to Stockton so excited to see it and when I unwrapped the hundred and $50 rhinestone sash belt that really makes the dress I was disappointed to see that there was a large Stone missing from it. If I could rate zero stars I would... honestly I don't know what has happened to David's. Maybe different management I don't know. I've been here multiple times to get my sisters and best friends wedding dress. I've seen so many and I knew my wedding dress would be there as well. I came in and the crew working on Monday 12/18/17, where the rudest yet. My consultant was snappy and made me go look for my own dresses I wanted to try on. My stylist was no help at all and was very rude. One dress I tried on that I didn't like andher response was "well honey that is a dress that YOU picked".
