They need more Cashier/Customer Representatives and/or better management. I waited in line for 35 minutes to pay for a bride and groom gift. I would've walked out, but it was just what I had been searching for.
I sent a formal review to the corporate office regarding the customer service at the Modesto , CA location. I'm waiting to hear a response back from them. Unfortunate because of the way we were treated and lack of customer service we will not be making another purchase with them.
